Each piece will be photographed before packaging for postage.

If an item arrives damaged from transit, an email must be sent to with photos of the damaged goods within 24 hours of signing for the parcel. If eligible, a full refund will be given on return of the damaged item OR the item may be sent back for repairs. Moh Deest will reimburse for postage costs with the refund for the item. Refunds and reimbursements for postage will be granted within 5 business days of the package being returned to Moh Deest and signed for. The customer must ensure to provide a ‘tracking number’ and ‘signature on delivery’ when returning the item and email them to

Moh Deest does not give refunds if an item is damaged by you or someone/something else. You may send the item back for repairs at your own cost. Moh Deest does not recommend that you expose your item to water or rain and will not give refunds for items damaged by water or rain.

Moh Deest does not give refunds if an item fades/wilts/bends/or becomes damaged in any way due to poor storage. Moh Deest recommends that you store your item back in its original box with packaging when not being used or worn.



Moh Deest provides multiple photographs of items in sunlight and indoor light. Moh Deest cannot guarantee the colour you see displayed on your devices screen. More photos can be provided if requested. Moh Deest welcomes garments being sent to colour match, this is done at your own cost, however if a match, the garment can be sent back with the item being purchased.

If you are unhappy with the colour of an item due to matching reasons, an email must be sent to within 5 days of the item being delivered and signed for. This must include a photograph of the item purchased and what you need it to match. Refunds will not be given for slight colour variances.
